Description:

Connecting professionals from different backgrounds, of different generations, and from different experience levels can help advance the profession of architecture. How can design professionals be supported in their leadership development? Career resources? Strong peer networks? Join us during the lunch hour to help answer some of these questions and more. We’ll have an open and honest conversation, in an encouraging and safe space amongst peers, about how we can increase engagement, build a greater sense of belonging, and discuss how we can transform the profession now and continue to do so for future generations.
