Business / Building Owners are generally receptive to design elements which improve sustainability, wellness, health, work productivity, and natural environments, BUT they must focus on business efficiencies, costs, ROI, LCC, operatorial costs, they require an understanding of the economics involved in the non-material costs. This session examines the relationship between key building design elements, worker productivity, and provide working financial estimates of the benefits these design features can have on the bottom line. Using this information architects can deliver a convincing case to Business Owners / Clients, on building health and productivity – in a language and with business metrics they will understand.
