IN MEMORIAM|

When AIA California heard the news about the death of Ralph Vitiello, staff was silenced with immediate grief.

Nicki Dennis Stephens, Hon. AIA, reflected on his relationship as a member and as a leader in the profession.

“Ralph was an integral part of the process that led to AIA California’s new office. When we started the search process, he stepped forward, not because he was looking for a long-term tenant, but he genuinely was interested in helping the organization. He was very patient with our exploration into different efforts and he generously gave of both his expertise and personally invested in the vision for this new, collaborative space.,” she said.

AIA Central Valley, Vitiello’s local chapter, posted this remembrance of him, and AIA CA wanted to share it with all.
