2021 Practice Webinars, Practice Webinar|

Understanding the various options and evaluating when the “right time” is for your location will be of great importance to your firm and your employees. Office reopening will not be a one-sized, fits all situation: how offices reopen their doors and welcome employees back will be as diverse as the workforce itself.

A clear understanding of the local County regulations – not the CDC recommendations or even California’s regulations – will be imperative to employers reopening the office. And while firms may want to adopt a predictable and uniform approach, what firms do in one part of California may not be applicable in another.

These are just a few of the key takeaways from yesterday’s Office Reopening Webinar.

Both business owners and employees need to understand the rapidly changing regulations and guidance and AIA California has prepared several resources to assist. Of course, these are provided as general information and are not to be construed as legal advice. Be sure to follow local and state public health requirements and obtain legal counsel for questions about your specific situation.
