This project’s occupant – Uber Advanced Technology Group – is a self-driving technologies engineering team. Fittingly, within historic Pier 70 ship-repair-yard structures, this use extends into the 21st Century, the legacy of transportation endeavors within industrial buildings dating back to the 19th Century.
