California’s 2022 Building Energy Efficiency Standards (Title 24, Part 6 or the Energy Code) requirements for outdoor lighting wattage allowances and controls depends not only on building type, but also scope of work (such as New Construction versus Alterations). In this one-hour presentation, we will review outdoor lighting requirements for single-family, multifamily, nonresidential, hotel and motel building types of all applicable scopes of work and what compliance documentation is required for each project type.
