This leadership team hopes to add to the task force dialogue by taking an opportunity to discuss the current climate of workplace culture with a broader audience. We hope to have professionals from across the experience spectrum join us for this discussion so that we can better understand varied perspectives. We are especially eager to hear from emerging professionals in this discussion, so please encourage colleagues in your network to participate in this open dialogue about what is working and what is not working with workplace culture in architecture practices.
