Bridging the Gap – What Firms Need from Graduates
The architectural profession laments the schools aren’t doing enough to ‘’train’’ graduates to make immediate contributions to practice while students are searching for ways to ensure their marketability and prosperity. AIA California’s Architectural Education Task Force is hosting a conversation to hear from practioners about what skills are missing that if taught, would have an immediate impact on starting wages.
