RFQ / RFP Post Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in reaching California architects  Below are the guidelines for posting an RFQ.

  • Cost: $175.00
  • Your RFQ will be posted on aiacalifornia.org for 30 days with your logo and a link to your pdf announcement.
  • Your RFQ will be posted on our website within 48 hours after receipt of payment and content.
  • You will receive a screenshot of your RFQ page once posted.
  • Please email:

    1/ your RFQ along with your payment confirmation. The RFQ must be in READY TO POST in .doc or .pdf format (We do not edit RFQ documents)

    2/a jpg or png of the logo of your city or institution or company at least 150 pixels wide/90 pixels high at 72 dpi:
