The winning entry, “Home Base Santa Ana,” designed by Alisa Nadolishny, utilized a Sprung Structure in a creative way. One juror commented, “This project leverages simplicity of form while marrying communal living with independent functionalities.”

The primary concept of Santa Ana was to provide a foundation from which residents can rebuild their life and rebuild their life and re-establish a place within their community.
