2027 AIA California Regional Director Election
Under AIA California’s new governance model, Board members will be elected by geographic region rather than representing a specific local chapter. This approach encourages directors to bring forward the perspectives and priorities of members across their entire region while helping shape decisions that benefit the architectural profession statewide.
AIA California is seeking passionate and committed leaders to serve as Regional Directors on the AIA California Board of Directors. If you are dedicated to advancing the architectural profession, strengthening our organization, and helping shape the future of architecture in California, we encourage you to submit your nomination.
About the Role
Regional Directors are elected by members within their designated geographic region and serve on the AIA California Board of Directors. While elected from a specific region, Directors have a fiduciary responsibility to act in the best interests of AIA California as a whole, providing strategic leadership and governance that benefits the entire organization.
